All volunteer positions in the hospital are currently filled.

Volunteers are needed to relay animals from all points of Alberta. Volunteers pick up and bring animals to the hospital (or to another relayer) when available. Centre staff will phone volunteers in required areas when they are needed.

Volunteers are needed to input files, type letters and complete other computer tasks.

Volunteers help out with education programs either by assisting with talks and presentation or by sitting at display kiosks at malls and fairs.

Volunteers work one to two shifts at Stampede Casino in Calgary once every year and a half. 

Volunteers attend monthly meetings either at the MRWC or in Red Deer. Please submit resume to Board President, Liana Shaw c/o MRWC. 

Volunteers collect or catch food for our patients such as pocket gophers and ground squirrels.
