The Co-op Community Wildlife Homes Playground is now open! It is located in front of our main building and includes a giant birdhouse, owl nest, beaver lodge, and fox den. Come and play like an animal! Please use with caution and disinfect hands before and after use. High touch surfaces are disinfected once daily.
You can usually find Otis the Owl in his flight cage next to the playground. Don't forget to stop and say hello!
We also have fire pits and picnic tables available for your use. Please remember to clean up after yourself, check for current fire bans, and always extinguish fires.
Our nature trail is closed for renovations June 29 to July 3. Once it reopens, it is available throughout the day, every day. The trailhead is located at the west end of our parking lot. Please use caution when touching surfaces such as benches and the viewing tower and respect physical distancing when others are on the trail.
All other spaces are off limits to the public including caging, buildings, laneways, etc. Please respect the boundaries and let our patients recover in peace. Thank you.
